Hike in oil prices

There is again around 12 percent hikeĀ  in oil prices. The price for one barrel reaches $80 in two weeks. There has been a strong increase in the crude oil rates in the US. The prices ended up at $79.81 at New York Mercantile Exchange.Most of the trading is already moving to the April contract settling at $80.06 per barrel.

Nokia-Apple Patent dispute

After Apple’s appeal against Nokia, The International Trade Commission(ITC) has agreed to initiate the investigation against Nokia.Last month it was the investigation against Apple based on the Nokia’s patent claims which were against the Apple. The ITC now seems just like a battlefield for both Apple and Nokia.The lawsuits are still pending from the federal court.This Nokia-Apple patent dispute has really become a serious controversy.
